Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the PPC and SEO teams, owning the department strategy and ensuring client results. You will set quality standards, review audits, and approve reporting while guiding the strategists who execute campaigns.

This is a management role focused on strategy, not hands-on day-to-day campaigns. You will drive channel strategy, budget decisions, and growth as accounts scale, and participate in initial interviews for your team.

Competenze

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Depth in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience managing multiple accounts in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to diagnose and turn around underperforming accounts.
• Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills.

• Own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Oversee the PPC and SEO strategists, including reviews and development.
• Ensure accurate, honest reporting and audit standards across the department.
• Lead client calls, especially when accounts are at risk.
