Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Owning one channel while sitting beside the other does not count here.
• Deep depth in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
• One turnaround case with the metric before/after and reason for change.
• Comfortable being the client-facing owner when accounts underperform.
• Agency experience carrying many accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Set standards for audits, reporting, and client communication.
• Drive client results across the full performance function.
• Manage escalation when an account is at risk and lead client calls.
• Define hiring plan for the department and participate in first-round interviews.
• Collaborate with the PPC and SEO strategists to ensure aligned execution.
