Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Depth in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
• Proven ability to turn around underperforming accounts.
• Comfortable being the client-facing owner when an account is underperforming.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PPC strategist and the SEO strategist; set quality standards and reviews.
• Own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Ensure reporting integrity and client communications are honest.
• Own escalation when an account is at risk and guide the fixes.
• Collaborate with sales to define credible deliverables for clients.
• Lead the departmental hiring plan and conduct initial interviews.
