Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Set quality standards, audits, and reporting for the department.
• Ensure client results across the whole function and honest reporting.
• Lead escalation on at-risk accounts and direct strategists to fixes.
• Lead hiring plan and conduct first-round interviews within a quarter.
