Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of operations experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in tech/ software.
• Proven scaling of operations for a rapidly growing tech company.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, P&L, and financial management.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
