Our client, a rapidly expanding technology services firm, is searching for an exceptional Director of Business Operations to spearhead operational strategy and execution from their **Centurion, Gauteng** base. This executive position is crucial for streamlining internal processes, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring the scalability of the company's global operations. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with extensive experience in business process re-engineering, project management, and cross-functional team leadership. You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, implementing robust performance metrics, and ensuring that the company's operational infrastructure effectively supports its growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and oversee strategic operational initiatives across the organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in operations management, business operations, or a similar strategic leadership role, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing complex operational strategies and driving significant business improvements.
• Expertise in business process modeling, re-engineering, and performance management methodologies.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large operational budgets.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid setting.
