Key Responsibilities

Provide thought leadership on operational best practices, emerging trends, and disruptive technologies. Develop frameworks and tools for strategic operational planning and execution. Present strategic recommendations and progress reports to executive leadership and board members. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in strategic operational planning.

Requirements

A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in operations management, strategic planning, or management consulting, with a significant focus on operations strategy. Proven track record of developing and successfully implementing complex operational strategies in a global context. Deep understanding of various operational models, supply chains, and business processes. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Strong financial acumen with experience in financial modeling and business case development. Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and influencing skills. Experience with business transformation, change management, and large-scale project implementation. Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools. Ability to operate effectively in a complex, global, and matrixed organization. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
