Qualifications

• First Degree in Insurance required.
• Minimum 5 years in senior claims management or leadership.
• Minimum 10 years in Short-Term Insurance claims or customer service.
• Proven leadership of a claims call centre.
• Strong background in buildings/homeowners claims, recoveries, liabilities.
