• Strong knowledge of claims processes, emergency dispatch procedures, and service provider networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage a frontline claims team to deliver high quality, empathetic and compliant building claims outcomes.
• Accountable for intraday execution, claims quality, consultant performance, customer experience and people development.
• Ensure the team consistently meets service and productivity targets.
