Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years experience in exposure, claims operations, and both personal and commercial lines claims.
• Pro-active risk management and compliance focus within the Claims business unit.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic and operational direction to optimise the end-to-end claims value chain.
• Develop the overall strategy for claims management of the Insurance business.
• Manage servicing functions, ensure timely handling of client queries, and monitor WIP and capacity.
• Engage stakeholders to define quality standards in claims, servicing, and best practices.
• Drive high-performance culture through development plans and coaching.
