You will prospect, manage leads, demonstrate vehicles, close deals, and ensure accurate delivery and sales administration. A valid driver's licence and franchised dealership background are essential; own vehicle is required with a car allowance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years premium/luxury automotive car sales experience at a franchise dealership.
• Own vehicle required to commute; car allowance offered.
• Grade 12/Matric; proven target achievement.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle sales process from prospecting to delivery.
• Lead management and CRM experience; solid closing ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented.
• Franchised motor dealership experience is essential; valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Sell the maximum number of new vehicles and achieve monthly targets.
• Maximise gross profit on every deal and manage leads effectively.
• Demonstrate vehicles professionally and provide product information.
• Close negotiations and build strong customer relationships.
• Complete sales administration accurately and on time.
• Maintain showroom and telephone enquiry standards; follow up to boost conversions.
