Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in automotive sales.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of vehicle features, benefits, and the competitive landscape.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
• A passion for the automotive industry and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and present suitable vehicle options.
• Guide customers through the entire sales journey, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Build and maintain a strong network of repeat and referral customers through exceptional service.
• Process sales transactions, including trade-ins, financing arrangements, and paperwork.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Mentor and support junior sales executives, sharing best practices and contributing to team success.
