Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in early years education with at least 2 years in leadership.
Proven experience developing programs including virtual components.
Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of early years educators with guidance and PD.
Oversee curriculum development and age-appropriate implementation.
Ensure delivery of high-quality early childhood programs.
Develop and manage the center's virtual learning strategy and online resources.
Coordinate engaging virtual sessions for children and parent workshops.
Liaise with parents to provide progress updates and foster home–school partnerships.
Ensure compliance with educational standards and safety regulations.
Evaluate and improve educational practices and virtual offerings.
Collaborate with management on strategic planning and operations.
