About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Early Years Educator & Virtual Learning Coordinator for their innovative childcare center in Sandton, Gauteng, ZA . This pivotal role involves leading a team of educators, overseeing curriculum implementation, and crucially, developing and managing the center's virtual learning initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of education and care, both in person and through digital platforms, fostering a stimulating and supportive environment for young children. The position requires a blend of strong pedagogical knowledge, leadership skills, and proficiency in educational technology. While the role is primarily on-site, there will be a significant remote component in coordinating and developing virtual learning resources and parent communication strategies. Key Responsibilities
