Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in staff training and mentoring.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and online collaboration tools for remote tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate early years curriculum frameworks and educational strategies.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development to early years educators.
