Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field.
• Significant leadership or management experience in an early childhood setting.
• In-depth knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum development and assessment.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor educators and manage a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with budget management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of early childhood education programs.
• Develop, implement and evaluate curriculum to be developmentally appropriate.
• Mentor and provide professional development for teaching staff.
