Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
• 7+ years in early childhood education with at least 3 years in supervisory or management roles.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum frameworks and developmental milestones for early years.
• Proven leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Familiarity with childcare licensing and accreditation standards.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and basic financial management.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model balancing on-site responsibilities with remote coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the early years curriculum.
• Manage and mentor a team of early childhood educators, providing professional guidance and support.
• Ensure the program adheres to educational standards, licensing regulations, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with parents and families, facilitating open communication.
• Organize and lead staff training sessions and professional development opportunities.
