Placements24 is seeking an experienced Virtual Early Years Program Manager to lead and expand its online early childhood education offerings from a remote SA base. You will oversee strategy, curriculum development, and remote-team leadership to deliver high-quality learning experiences for young children.

The role requires a Masters in Early Childhood Education or related field, 8+ years in education with 4+ in leadership, and proven expertise in online programs, LMS platforms, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• At least 8 years in early childhood education, with 4+ in leadership or program management.
• Experience developing and managing online/virtual education programs.
• Strong curriculum design, instructional strategies, and digital assessment for young learners.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage stakeholders.
• Proficiency with LMS and digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic vision for all virtual early years programs.
• Oversee curriculum development and content creation for online modules.
• Lead and mentor a team of remote educators and support staff.
• Ensure high educational standards and learning quality online.
