Placements24 is seeking an experienced HR Manager specializing in Compensation and Benefits to join our multinational client in Sandton, Gauteng. The role leads C&B design and execution, aligning with market trends and legal requirements while partnering with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in C&B, with at least 3 years in management, strong analytical and HRIS skills, and a proven track record in executive compensation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• 7+ years in compensation and benefits, with 3+ years in a management/senior specialist role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and management of compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking for remuneration packages.
• Administer benefits programs including medical, retirement, and statutory benefits.
• Develop job grading structures and salary bands.
• Oversee annual salary reviews and bonus administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax implications.
