Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Human Resources with a strong specialization in Compensation and Benefits.
• Proven experience in designing and managing complex compensation structures and benefits programs.
• Knowledge of South African labour laws relevant to C&B (BCEA and tax regulations).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with HRIS systems and C&B software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
• Leadership experience is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the organization's compensation and benefits strategy.
• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable salary structures and benefits offerings.
• Administer salary reviews, incentive programs, and bonus structures.
• Oversee the management of employee benefits programs, including medical aid, retirement funds, and other statutory and non-statutory benefits.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation pertaining to compensation and benefits.
• Develop and maintain job evaluation systems and salary benchmarking processes.
• Partner with finance and leadership to manage the HR budget related to compensation and benefits.
• Provide guidance and support to HR team members and line managers on C&B matters.
• Analyze C&B data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
• Lead the annual review and renewal processes for all compensation and benefits programs.
