Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Agronomy, Turfgrass Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive golf course management experience.
• Strong knowledge of turfgrass physiology, soil science, and integrated pest management.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a maintenance team.
• Budgeting and operational planning experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily golf course maintenance operations including mowing, irrigation, and bunker management.
• Develop and implement annual and long-term agronomic plans for turf health and playability.
• Lead and train a team of groundskeepers ensuring productivity and safety.
• Control budgets for labor, equipment, supplies and capital projects.
• Implement pest, disease, and weed control strategies with sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and eco-friendly practices.
