About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive agronomic plans for turfgrass health, irrigation, and pest management.

• Manage the course maintenance budget, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
• Operate and maintain a fleet of golf course maintenance equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in golf course maintenance, with at least 4 years as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
• GCSA (Golf Course Superintendents Association of America) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in turfgrass management, irrigation systems, pest and disease control, and fertilizer programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices for sustainable course management.
