You will lead a team of groundskeepers, manage budgets, and implement sustainable practices to uphold the club's reputation for excellence in golf and leisure.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Agronomy, Turfgrass Management, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Golf Course Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
• Proficiency in turfgrass science, irrigation systems, and pesticide/herbicide application.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of course maintenance, including mowing, fertilizing, and pest/disease control.
• Oversee the irrigation system, ensuring efficient water usage and optimal turf health.
• Develop and implement long-term agronomic plans and course improvement projects.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of the groundskeeping team.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, chemical applications, and budget expenditures.
