Placements24 is seeking a Head Golf Professional to lead operations at a premier golf facility in Midrand. You will oversee daily golf operations, drive member engagement, and ensure top-tier service across tee times, instruction, tournaments, and the golf shop.

The ideal candidate holds a PGA certification, has at least five years in a leadership role within golf, and demonstrates excellence in instruction, events, and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily golf operations, including tee time management, player assistance, and facility upkeep.
• Develop and implement innovative golf programs, clinics, and tournament events to enhance member engagement and attract new players.
• Manage the golf shop inventory, purchasing, merchandising, and sales to maximize profitability.
• Provide high-quality golf instruction and coaching tailored to individual needs and skill levels.
• Supervise and train golf operations staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Professional Golfers' Association (PGA) certification or equivalent recognized qualification.
