You will design, supervise, and continually refine a breakfast offering that reflects high standards of premium dining, while managing a kitchen team and maintaining operation discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in a senior chef role within fine dining, luxury hotels, or premium restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine, menu planning, and kitchen management.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and passionate about culinary innovation.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Menu Development: Design and update breakfast menus, incorporating seasonal produce, international influences, and innovative techniques.
• Breakfast Production: Supervise preparation of hot and cold breakfast items including artisanal breads, pastries, egg dishes, healthy options, and signature creations.
• Quality Control: Guarantee the highest standards in taste, presentation, and portioning, ensuring every plate reflects premium dining expectations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage ingredient usage to minimize waste and control costs.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of excellence, discipline, and collaboration.
• Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring skill development and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Hygiene & Safety: Uphold strict food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining a spotless kitchen environment.
• Innovation: Introduce new breakfast concepts, modern plating styles, and creative flavor pairings to elevate the guest experience.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with guests when required, explaining menu concepts and enhancing their appreciation of the culinary craft.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee kitchen operations during breakfast service, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of dishes.
