Gijima is seeking a self-driven HCM Business Developer to grow ICT training and assessment solutions across public and private sectors. You will identify opportunities, develop client-focused proposals, manage tenders, and build strong client and partner relationships.

The role emphasizes HCM with youth development and assessments, plus business development across sectors and account management. A candidate with strong ICT, marketing, and sales skills is required to meet challenging targets.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years extensive sales experience within SA sectors.
• 3–4 years extensive training and assessment skills.
• 3–4 years extensive marketing and communication experience.
• Proven track record in sales and marketing.
• Experience in tender processes.
• Extensive knowledge of the public and private sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Expand the Gijima School of Digital offering to include private students and corporate clients.
• Coordinate the training for Gijima SMME partners.
• Analyze market potential within all relevant sectors.
• Analyze competitors.
• Identify new products, new business opportunities and new clients.
• Develop an understanding of client objectives to guide IT training strategy.
• Craft written training solution proposals and respond to tenders.
• Manage customer inquiries and account relationships.
• Achieve annual business development targets.
