Job summary

Affirmative Portfolios in Gauteng seeks an Analyst: Human Capital Information Systems to optimise HCIS data and analytics. You will analyse people management data, generate quality reports, and support processes while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 4 years in HCIS, with expertise in SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors Analytics, Power BI and Excel. ITIL/Power BI certifications are advantageous; training will be provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 4 years of HCIS experience, with 1 year in data management.
• Experience in People Management reporting (essential).
• Knowledge of HCIS testing methodologies and test case design.

Responsibilities

• Analyse reporting needs and define report requirements.
• Ensure reports meet regulatory and business requirements.
• Generate and analyse exception reports.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for departments.
• Provide statistical analyses to aid management decisions.
• Generate statutory reports for external and internal stakeholders.
• Validate data and align with other departments.
• Maintain SAP organisational structure changes and OM data on SAP.
• Collaborate with business to translate requirements into HCIS analytics.
• Support HCIS upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Provide training and SME guidance on HCIS tools.
• Document processes and maintain knowledge bases.
• Review HC systems processes and recommend improvements.
• Perform user acceptance testing and QA during upgrades.
