Unknown Multinational Corp. in Randburg seeks an experienced Human Capital Information Analyst to transform HR data into actionable insights and ensure data integrity across regions. You will support strategic initiatives through advanced reporting, BI, and people analytics.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and senior leaders to shape workforce strategies, drive reporting capabilities, and improve HR systems and data governance in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR analytics or HRIS.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable workforce insights.
• Experience with multi-region reporting is a plus.
• Strong Excel and BI reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead collection and analysis of Human Capital data across regions.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality of HR reporting.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports.
• Deliver insights to senior leadership.
• Identify trends to support workforce strategies.
• Drive improvements to HR systems and governance.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and leaders.
• Oversee data extraction and validation from HRIS.
