Job summary

Affirmative Portfolios in Centurion is seeking an Analyst: Human Capital Information Systems (Permanent) to optimise HCIS data accuracy and analytics. You will drive reporting, data governance, and support HR processes.

Required: Bachelor’s in IT or HR, SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics, 4 years HCIS experience including data management; Power BI and Excel skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced in Information Technology or Human Resources Management related qualification.
• SAP HCM Certification.
• SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics Certification (Essential).
• Experience in People Management (HRIS) reporting (Essential).
• ITIL Certification (Advantageous).
• Power BI Certification (Advantageous).
• 4 years in HCIS with 1 year in data management.

Responsibilities

• Analyse reporting needs for HRIS; ensure regulatory and business alignment.
• Generate and analyse exception reports; prepare monthly/quarterly submissions.
• Maintain SAP organisational structure changes and OM audit trail.
• Perform data governance, validation, and data integrity across HR systems.
• Provide HCIS analytics support, training, and SME guidance.
