Job summary

IQ Business Group is seeking an experienced administrator to support our Human Capital environment. This role covers end-to-end operational and administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate data, compliant processes, and coordination between HC, Learning & Development, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external providers.

The ideal candidate will be systems-driven, with strong experience in Sage People 300, LMS administration, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Certificate, diploma, or degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Human Capital environment.
• Experience with Sage People 300 is essential.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills required.
• Experience with LMS administration and multiple HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full onboarding for all employee categories and ensure data in Sage and Maconomy.
• Manage employee changes, conversions, and contracts across entities.
• Coordinate end-to-end exits, reporting, and documentation.
• Prepare payroll inputs and manage payroll-related changes.
• Oversee benefits administration including medical aid and pension.
• Administer learning and development records and LMS maintenance.
• Produce HC metrics, reports, and maintain data governance.
