Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and related coursework.
• 0–3 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision.
• Understanding of construction methodologies and site safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for site-based work.
• Eagerness to learn and develop practical engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on the construction site.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure construction materials meet required standards.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
