Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 0-3 years experience in civil engineering, focusing on site supervision or construction.
• Willingness to work on-site in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks and material testing as required.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, and resource utilization daily.
• Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, progress photos, and measurement books.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.
• Identify and report site issues or deviations from the design promptly.
