Perfect Placement Recruitment's client, a well-established hotel in the Limpopo region, is seeking a dedicated Reservationist to join their team in Polokwane. You will handle room reservations, input data in Opera, and coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience with Opera
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and sales orientation

Responsibilities

• Handle room reservation enquiries via telephone, email, and online platforms
• Input and manage reservations using PMS systems like Opera
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales departments
• Upsell room categories and add-on services
• Respond to guest queries and requests courteously and efficiently
• Follow hotel policies and standard operating procedures
