Job summary

You will maintain guest profiles, support spa, housekeeping and dining, handle concerns, and ensure seamless communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Hospitality qualification (Certificate/Diploma).
• 2–3 years in luxury hospitality.
• Strong administration, computer proficiency, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, warmth, and professionalism.
