Job summary

Boschendal Limited on the Cape Winelands estate seeks an Accommodation Lead to oversee day-to-day operations of all farm-based lodging and Front Office, ensuring a consistently high-quality guest experience from arrival to departure.

Working closely with the Housekeeping Hospitality Lead, you will coordinate room readiness, supervise Front Office teams, manage guest relations and rosters, and uphold the brand's service standards across the estate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accommodation or Front Office hospitality management.
• Strong guest relations and service recovery capability.
• Experience leading Front Office teams.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational readiness of all accommodation units.
• Coordinate Front Office staffing, training and development.
• Ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Manage guest relations, VIPs, and special requests.
• Lead, train and manage Front Office and accommodation support teams.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations to resolve issues promptly.
