Qualifications

• Strong organizational, administrative, and people-management skills.
• A valid code 8 driver's license (Essential).
• Own reliable transport (Essential).
• Ability to live and work in a remote, beautiful estate environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest relations: Serving as a primary point of contact for guests, hosting in the dining room, and ensuring their stay is flawless and memorable.
• General & Staff Management: Assisting the manager with daily operational oversight and supervising staff across different shifts.
• Departmental Relief: Seamlessly stepping in to coordinate and manage Housekeeping, Kitchen operations, and Stock Control when required.
• Event Co-ordination: Assisting in the planning, setup, and execution of bespoke lodge events and guest functions.
