Job summary

Hirexe is seeking a GTM Automation Architect / Growth Engineer to design, build, and optimize automated workflows powering our GTM stack from a fully remote setting. You will partner with RevOps and GTM leadership to map ICPs, enrich data, integrate CRMs, and streamline funnel operations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader, a Claude AI power user who uses AI to generate workflows, document designs, and scale automation across marketing, sales, and billing systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize GTM workflows using Zapier, Make.com, N8N, Flowgear, and related tools.
• Serve as the technical architect for GTM systems with seamless CRM and billing integrations.
• Leverage Claude AI to design workflows, generate automation logic, and document systems.
• Partner with RevOps to map ICPs, enrich data, and optimize segmentation.
• Build and maintain automated lead routing, scoring, and enrichment workflows.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and monitor performance for scale.
• Act as SME on GTM automation best practices and AI-assisted operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a GTM Automation Architect / Growth Engineer to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll design, build, and maintain automated workflows that power our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems and processes. You’ll work closely with our RevOps and GTM leadership teams to map ICPs, optimize data enrichment, and streamline operations across the funnel.

This is a high-impact technical role that blends systems architecture, automation engineering, AI-assisted workflow design, and GTM strategy. The ideal candidate is a Claude AI power user who leverages AI deeply for automation design, workflow generation, documentation, and operational scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize GTM workflows using Zapier, Make.com, N8N, Flowgear, and related automation tools.
• Serve as the technical architect for GTM systems, ensuring seamless integrations across CRMs, billing platforms, dialers, and marketing systems.
• Leverage Claude AI extensively to design workflows, generate automation logic, accelerate troubleshooting, and improve system documentation.
• Partner with RevOps leadership to drive ICP mapping, data enrichment, and segmentation strategies.
• Build and maintain automated lead routing, scoring, and enrichment workflows.
• Troubleshoot automation failures, monitor performance, and continuously optimize workflows for scale.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on GTM automation best practices, AI-assisted operations and system design.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI-driven automation to improve GTM efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in automation engineering, GTM systems, or RevOps.
• Strong expertise with Zapier, Make.com, N8N, Flowgear, or similar automation/orchestration tools.
• Claude AI power user — demonstrated experience using Claude for technical problem-solving, workflow design, prompt engineering, documentation, and automation acceleration.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, etc.).
• Strong understanding of GTM motions, revenue operations, and sales/marketing processes.
• Experience in ICP mapping, segmentation, and enrichment strategies.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to architect scalable, reliable systems.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical workflows into business value.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment aligned to US EST hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a B2B SaaS or RevOps-focused environment.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience building AI‑assisted automation systems or agentic workflows.
• Exposure to multiple CRMs and GTM tech stacks.
