Job summary

FusionTek is seeking a GTM Engineer focused on Clay and Claude to build scalable enrichment workflows and AI agents that turn raw prospect data into actionable outbound assets. You will primarily work within Clay for table architecture while using Claude as the intelligence layer to produce structured research outputs.

Ideal candidates deeply fluently in Clay and Claude, with experience in waterfall enrichment, provider sequencing, and CRM integration.

Qualifications

• Experience building advanced Clay tables and multi-step enrichment workflows.
• Prompt engineering to produce structured, reliable outputs in Claude.
• Experience integrating Clay outputs into CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Design Clay table architecture and workflows to scale outbound campaigns.
• Develop Claude-powered enrichment and AI agents for research automation.
• Connect Clay outputs to CRM pipelines with automated triggers and clean mappings.
• Own end-to-end GTM data infrastructure including enrichment across providers.
