Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking a GTM Engineer who lives inside Clay and Claude to build and scale Clay-powered enrichment workflows and Claude-driven AI agents. You will own the GTM data stack, connect outputs to CRM pipelines, and optimize credit spend for outbound campaigns.

This role emphasizes deep Clay/Claude fluency, production-grade workflow design, and end-to-end integration with Salesforce or HubSpot. It is a fully remote position with USD compensation and strong ownership over results.

Qualifications

Clay Certification is required.
Proven production-level experience building advanced Clay tables and enrichment workflows.
Deep Claude fluency: write prompts to produce structured outputs.
Strong understanding of Clay enrichment logic, provider sequencing, and credit optimization.

Responsibilities

Design and build advanced Clay tables from scratch to support outbound and enrichment campaigns at scale.
Create structured multi-step Clay workflows that handle thousands of records without manual intervention.
Build and maintain reusable Clay data models for sales, marketing, and RevOps.
Own the full Clay table lifecycle from architecture through optimization.
Write, test, and iterate Claude prompts for production-ready outputs.
Integrate Clay outputs into CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
