Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling short-term insurance.
• Track record of success in the short-term insurance space.
• Must meet Fit and Proper requirements as per FAIS.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source lead-generating opportunities.
• Meet or exceed the minimum requirement of 8.5 written policies per month.
• Conduct comprehensive needs analyses for prospective clients.
• Stay informed on competitor products and maintain continuous professional development.
• Ensure all activities comply with insurance regulations.
