Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Analytics or related field.
• 5–8 years in performance marketing or growth marketing.
• Experience with paid search, paid social, programmatic and display channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance marketing strategies aligned to segment priorities.
• Translate objectives into measurable outcomes: leads, sales, ROAS and revenue.
• Collaborate with Campaign Management for accurate, timely campaigns.
• Monitor performance and optimise budgets, audiences and creative.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders.
