Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our client’s team in Polokwane. You will design, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels to deliver leads and customer acquisition.

Lead analytics-driven optimization, manage budgets, run A/B tests, and collaborate with content and design teams. A strong track record in paid media, CRO, and reporting to leadership is essential in this hybrid role.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, focused on paid channels.
• Proven track record managing significant ad spend and targets.
• Strong analytics skills with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager.
• Understanding of CRO principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, social, and display.
• Monitor performance daily; analyze CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS; optimize.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, targeting.
• Manage budgets to maximize ROI.
• Provide regular performance reports to marketing leadership.
