Job summary

Old Mutual Limited is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager in Cape Town to lead the performance marketing strategy for assigned segments. You will translate objectives into measurable campaigns, collaborate with Campaign Management and Analytics teams, and drive continuous optimisation to deliver qualified leads, online sales and revenue growth.

The role requires strong numerical acumen, stakeholder communication, and the ability to influence across a matrixed organisation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
5 to 8 years’ experience in performance marketing, paid media, digital campaign management or growth marketing.
Experience managing performance across channels such as paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, video, retargeting and affiliate or partner channels.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain performance marketing strategies for assigned segments, aligned to segment priorities, budgets, targets and growth ambitions.
Translate strategies into executable digital campaign plans with briefs, budgets and KPI expectations.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise for efficiency, scale and conversion.
Analyse performance data and deliver insights, dashboards and monthly reviews for senior stakeholders.
Lead stakeholder conversations and present results with clear commercial recommendations.
