Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking a seasoned Website Manager to drive performance, engagement, and conversions across our web properties. You will implement website updates, landing pages, and campaign assets while leveraging analytics to identify opportunities and improve UX, navigation, accessibility, and conversion pathways.

Collaborating with marketing, content, design and development teams, you will optimise SEO, CRO initiatives, and CMS content updates.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Web Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5+ years’ experience in Website Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, or related field.
• Proven experience managing and optimising websites to support marketing and business objectives.
• Experience with CMS platforms, website analytics, and conversion optimisation initiatives.
• Exposure to SEO, UX, CRO, marketing automation, or web development projects will be advantageous.
