Job summary

Tsebo Solutions Group is seeking a Customer Acquisition Coordinator to join our Group Sales & Marketing team. You will help identify market opportunities, engage with prospective customers, qualify leads, and source tender opportunities to support business growth.

You will gather market insights, analyze industry trends, and capture data in our CRM while coordinating cross-divisional opportunities. Ideal candidates have a business/marketing background and comfort with research tools and CRM

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Suitable for recent graduates and early career professionals.
• Exposure to conducting customer, industry and/or market research.
• Exposure to customer engagement, lead generation, sales support, or commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, customer, and industry research through desktop research platforms, approved enterprise AI tools, and engagement with relevant market participants.
• Gather, analyse, and interpret market intelligence, customer insights, competitor activity, and industry trends.
• Engage with potential customers through approved channels to identify needs and qualify business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads and secure quality appointments for Sales teams across the Group.
• Source, screen, and distribute relevant tender opportunities from approved databases.
• Capture and maintain accurate customer, lead, tender, and research information on CRM platforms.
• Coordinate cross selling opportunities across Tsebo divisions and support opportunity tracking and reporting.
• Produce reports and insight summaries that support business development and commercial decision-making.
