The role focuses 80% on new business acquisition and 20% on growing an existing client portfolio, with emphasis on prospecting, proposals, and strategic relationships.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in acquiring new clients and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Experience with tenders, RFIs/RFPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across key industries.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline and close deals.
• Manage an allocated portfolio and upsell/cross-sell.
