Barloworld Equipment is seeking an experienced sales and aftermarket leader to grow market share, manage the PSSR team, and strengthen long-term customer relationships in the Western Cape. You will drive customer solutions, own the customer experience, and work with CST and regional operations to meet business targets.

The role requires 5–7 years in parts/service, strong SAP/CRM capabilities, and relevant technical qualifications.

• Ability to implement regional marketing plans and strategies.

• Grow market share and identify new sales and aftersales opportunities.
• Lead the PSSR team to achieve targets and objectives.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure customer solutions.
• Own the customer experience and drive net loyalty.
• Coordinate with CST and regional BWE operations to meet customer needs.
• Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
• Identify and visit potential customers to achieve incremental parts sales.
• Implement actions reflected in the annual marketing plan.
• Develop equipment performance baseline and trends with stakeholders.
