takealot.com is seeking a Performance Campaign Manager to join our Retail Media team in Cape Town. You will plan, launch and optimize programmatic campaigns to maximize ROAS and drive incremental sales for our ecommerce platform.

The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years in digital campaign management, strong expertise in Google Ads and DSPs, and a data-driven mindset with excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Media, Marketing or Digital advertising.
• 3+ years of digital campaign management experience with ecommerce outcomes.
• Experience building and optimizing programmatic campaigns to meet targets and reporting insights.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: develop/launch and optimize programmatic campaigns.
• Manage full campaign life cycle from targeting to reporting.
• Data-driven optimization: daily monitoring and improvements for ROAS and conversions.
• Budget management for programmatic campaigns and cost efficiency.
• Audience segmentation using TALs and custom segments.
