Job summary

MOO is expanding its South Africa team with an Existing Account Specialist to support US-based Returning Business clients. You will manage a portfolio, grow revenue, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

You will build strong relationships, exceed activity goals, and contribute to strategic account planning, working hybrid from Cape Town. Fluency in English and a proactive mindset are essential.

• B2B account management experience.
• Skilled in growing existing accounts and retaining customers.
• Goal-oriented and enjoys chasing targets.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Team-player with a positive attitude.
• Solution-oriented mindset, constantly looking for ways to improve.
• Professional, friendly and helpful on the phone and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to increase purchase volume, frequency and product mix.
• Identify opportunities for growth and collaboration with accounts.
• Locate new stakeholders and locations to find revenue opportunities.
• Use CRM and sales tools for outreach and document interactions in Salesforce.
• Exceed the 25 daily dials and emails metrics.
• Understand MOO products to present thoughtful recommendations.
• Forecast monthly achievement to manager and leaders.
• Achieve monthly revenue and retention targets.
• Attend weekly coaching sessions with your manager.
• Be an active member of the sales team in meetings and strategy sessions.
