Qualifications

• Experience generating and qualifying sales leads is essential.
• Able to work in a fast paced high volume environment.
• Goal-oriented and enjoy chasing targets.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and qualify prospects, inbound and outbound, to provide higher quality leads for the new business team.
• Exceed daily outbound phone and email activity targets.
• Locate ideal contacts to set up appointments with the new business team.
• Provide feedback and identify opportunities to improve campaign development and prospect journey.
• Utilise Salesforce and automation tools to document customer interactions and streamline outreach.
• Optimize current outbound channels and test new sales/prospecting channels.
• Engage in weekly coaching sessions and 1:1s with your manager.
